You will then apply and explore your ways through art making and creativity. This process creates an awareness and you start to see existing patterns in your life. Once you become aware of your patterns and habits, you become empowered to take charge of your life and live with more ease and joy. THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF - You want to have more control over your life - You feel tired, overwhelmed, worried, anxious - You want to feel more confident - Want to understand why you feel and behave a certain way - Want to feel better about yourself and the world around you - Would like to positively influence people/children around you - Want to know and understand yourself better - Wish to work towards the life you desire WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THE COURSE - Understanding of how you function and why you feel and react certain way - Awareness of your feelings and actions - More control over your life - More joy, confidence and acceptance HOW THE WORKSHOP WORKS - we will meet online for 6 consecutive weeks (each session is 1hr 15min long) - each session consists of theoretical explanation of the material and an experiential exploration through art making - each session will be recorded and you will have access to recordings - accountability group membership to keep you on track REQUIREMENTS • curiosity and will to work on yourself • understanding the importance of self-care You will need some paper and some art materials. You don't have to "be good" at art or have any experience with it. The focus is on the process and not the product. This workshop is inspired by Polyvagal theory by Stephen Porges and Deb Dana. “For everyone, wellbeing is a journey.
