Women's Art Therapy Group

Service Description

This group offers confidential and compassionate space for women to express and reflect on life challenges they may be going through. It is for any women that feel they need gentle support and time for self care. We will be creating, reflecting, sharing and spending some time in nature. You don't have to be good at art or have any art making experience to participate and benefit from taking part in this group. The focus in on the process rather then the product. All materials are supplied. Group will meet on Saturdays at 11:00 am for 2 hrs in blocks of 6 weeks. The first block starts on Saturday, 5th of August, 2023. The venue in Connemara is located at Derreighter, Glengowla, H91W56A, (about 6 km from Oughterard if you are coming from Galway). It is surrounded by mountains, bogs, forest, lake and streams.
