Introduction

How we live our lives is a reflection of our habits. Most of our limitations are caused by our subconscious habitual programming. Imagine what would be like to live a life feeling empowered and in control.

In this workshop you will gain understanding of habits, how they are formed and how to break/change them.

I will share with you the process that will help you to get to know yourself better and arm you with helpful tips and skills so that you can feel more in control.

You will be using both your analytical and creative mind to familiarise yourself with this process. You will be introduced to some theroretical knowledge about habits as well as experiential (practical) learning.

How Does it Work?

The core course is 6 weeks long. We will meet online through Zoom call once a week.  I will present the material to you, explain the exercises and leave some space for questions.

You will be given clear instructions and downloads of the work you will need to do over the week until the following meeting online.

Once 6 weeks are up I will guide your through the maintenance program.

Who is it For?

This course is for you if you are ready to take control over your life, look within and gently work towards your best self. It is for you if you are open to meditation, journaling, art and other forms of creativity.

The focus of this course is on the journey of making a new and breaking old habits. This journey doesn't have to be difficult if we committ to small and consistant changes in our daily lives.

You always have a choice, your power is within you!
