Reflecting on now and setting an intention for the future

This one day retreat provides an opportunity to take essential and meaningful time out, relax, unwind, reflect on your current life and set an intention for the future.
This is an opportunity to reconnect with the nature and with your authentic self and gain more clarity over your life.
Situated in a tranquil and beautiful surrounds 5 km pass Oughterard, Connemara, you will be surrounded by mountains, bogs, lake, river and sheep. When inside you will be creating beside the heat and the light of a cosy turf and wood stove fire.
This retreat is for anyone, especially if you feel stressed out, disconnected, overwhelmed and need more “me time”.

The day will start with tea, coffee and introductions, followed by meditation and a first part of the creative workshop. After the workshop we will gather for lunch. You will have the experience of designing your own pizza and cooking it in a handmade stone oven. There will be an option of warm vegetarian lunch if you prefer instead of pizza.
After lunch you will go on a silent mindful nature walk followed by the second part of a creative workshop. We will finish the day with a reflection.

You will be using art as a means to expression, reflection and personal discovery. You don’t have to be good at art or have any experience with it to participate in the workshop and gain benefits from it. The focus is on the process rather than the final product.

As the weather is unpredictable, please bring full change of warm clothes, old shoes or wellies, rain gear and towel.
All materials, lunch and refreshments are included.
