Art Therapy Group (Individual sessions)

Service Description

This group offers confidential and compassionate space for you to express and reflect. We all need some time to stop and take a breath to reflect on our lives. This compassionate space is for anyone that feel they need gentle support and time for self care. We will be creating, reflecting, sharing and sometimes spending some time in nature. You don't have to be good at art or have any art making experience to participate and benefit from taking part in this group. The focus in on the process rather then the product. All materials are supplied. Group will meet once per month on Saturdays at 10:00 am for 2 hours over spring and summer months. The dates are April 13th, May 11th, June 8th, July 13th. The cost is €40 for an individual session. You can attend one or more than one session. The venue in Connemara is located at Derreighter, Glengowla, H91W56A, (about 6 km from Oughterard if you are coming from Galway). It is surrounded by mountains, bogs, forest, lake and streams.
