Journaling for Stress Reduction

Overview

Do you often worry, feel nervouseness, apprehension, moodiness, have headaches , sleep or digestive problems?

These are the symptoms of stress and/or anxiety.

This 4 week online journaling course will guide you through the process that will enable you to look at your stressors, reflect and find your own ways to shift from stuck and uncomfortable into more positive and uplifting space.

The benefits you will get from journaling are:

  • Encourage positive thinking

  • Release negative emotions and boost mood

  • Enhance your sense of wellbeing

  • Help to identify the cause of your stress and anxiety

 

This workshop will be facilitated once a week for 4 weeks over the Zoom. You will be assigned journaling prompts every week to continue your journaling at home.

The consecutive workshop dates are 02.06., 09.06., 16.06.
