Service Description

This 90 min Movement and Release workshop offers a supportive space to soften out of the head and into the body. Through simple guided movement and creative expression, you are invited to release stored stress, emotions and mental load without needing to talk everything through or 'get it right'. You are invited to come with open mind and open heart. This workshop is about listening inward, following your own pace, and allowing what is ready to move or be expressed to do so. WHAT TO EXPECT - gentle , accessible movement to help discharge tension and awaken body awareness - creative mark making to externalise what is inside - moments of grounding and reflection to help integrate the experience - a calm, non - judgemental space where there's no pressure to perform, share or explain HOW THIS WORKSHOP SUPPORTS YOU - release built - up stress and emotional holding - encourages nervous system regulation and sense of ease and fun - supports emotional expression and self - connection - helps you feel more present, spacious and resourced THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF - you feel tense, overwhelmed, or stuck in your head - you want a gentle way to process emotions without talking them all through - you are drawn to movement, creativity or body - based approaches to wellbeing - you need self care time to release, reset and reconnect You will be guided step by step through the experience, with options offered throughout so you can adapt everything to sit your body and energy on the day. You are welcome to sit out, move slowly or change materials at any point. You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded and more connected to yourself. The workshop is on Saturday, February 21st from 11:00 am to 12:30pm.
