Service Description

This workshop offers a calm, supportive introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). The session is designed to help you release emotional stress, regulate nervous system and leave you feeling more settled and resourced. EFT often called tapping is a body-based gentle technique that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused awareness and language. It supports nervous system to calm, helping to reduce stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm. EFT is practical, empowering and adaptable - you can use it both in and outside of the session. WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE SESSION In this one-hour workshop, you are going to be guided through: - a brief arrival and grounding practice - some information about EFT - demonstration of tapping points - EFT sequence for regulation - EFT sequence inviting wellbeing - gentle integration through journaling or art - optional sharing and gentle closing BENEFITS OF THIS WORKSHOP You will experience: - reduced stress and emotional intensity - greater calm and emotional regulation - increased self - awareness - a sense of completion and grounding - a practical self - care tool you can continue to use No previous experience with EFT, journaling or art is required.
